Will you help me?
Please respond to this post or through email to join the Committee to Elect Joe Wilson. We are anticipating a meeting very soon.
Come join an effective team and be involved in the most exciting election year in recent memory!
I have heard from a lot of old friends, and new ones,as well. All are welcome — your party affiliation does not matter. Just come with a genuine desire for better government. We can make a difference together.
Thanks, Joe
This is how we do it … together!
“A liberal is a conservative who has been arrested. A conservative is a liberal who has been mugged.”
A fun, clever quote, but it has a common thread — CRIME! — and it is out of control.
As I have said before, today’s issues transcend party lines and reach into all of our lives every day. In tough times, we must pull together for the greater good, and tough times are at hand now.
Senate Bill 1348 has a Democrat Senator as primary sponsor and Republican and Democrat Senators as co-sponsors. It’s an example of doing the right thing without regard for party lines.
We need to get this legislation passed to help combat our out of control gang problem in our state. I am still as committed to this effort as I have ever been.
Last night at least three businesses in the Guilford College area were burglarized by a group of individuals using pry bars to gain entry to the buildings and subsequently break into locked cabinets. It sounded to me to be organized and pre-planned.
Please call your legislator in Raleigh and tell them to support tougher laws on organized street gang crime. Contact both your Democrat and Republican State House Representatives and Senators. Tell them Joe sent you.
The ides of March scream… Change!
Doug Clark, News and Record staffer has some issues he thinks need to be addressed. I agree with him, decide for yourself here.
water water everywhere…
We have no water in the foreseeable future but it gets worse. You may not be able to use what we have the way you want to. What if it continues? Will it be necessary to take it further? Greensboro is easing off restrictions and the Gov has other plans.
Drugs are bad …okay?
The quality of our water supply is of increasing concern. Now you might get more than you pay for. If pharmaceutical residue can bypass filtration, what else might be swimming in your glass or pet bowl?
Pricey puts protest petition revision in the works
Rep. Pricey Harrison is on the case.
Mark Binker has the inside line on this important issue.
Slowly I turned…
Hey bloggers, I’m back and here we go again. I have decided to try my hand at this endeavor once more to see if I can win your support and represent you in Raleigh. I hope you will join me as we take a look at the issues concerning us, that affect North Carolina and particularly the great people who reside in N.C. Senate District 27.
I want to hear from you… keep it on point, keep it positive.
